I always stay at this guesthouse. The friendly staff once helped me with currency exchange advice. It suits me perfectly with all the amenities I need, including free Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning, and a saltwater pool. I'll be back for Easter!

New-fashioned room, with balcony overlooking lagoon. Marvellous and stunning setting right by recommended eateries and pubs, the already available activities that were recommended, and restaurants and stores. Welcoming and good staff.

we had an excellent stay in jeffreys bay adjacent to the beach and the `` garden '' and cafes. host treated us very well. marvellous location with nice views of lake.

The apartment provided a spacious 45sqm of comfortable living space. The fully equipped kitchenette was a lifesaver for self-catering, allowing us to cook delicious meals with ease. The patio offered a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view, making it the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for taking a dip and cooling off from the hot South African sun.

I chose this guesthouse for attending a forum as it provides office space for guests to book in. The facilities were well-equipped and allowed me to work efficiently during my stay. The separate entrance provided privacy, and the cleanliness and comfort of the bed were exceptional. The unique touch in welcoming guests was a pleasant surprise.

The only service that I missed for my work was having a faster internet connection. It would have been more convenient for online tasks and communication.

I chose this hotel for attending a business forum because it provides an office at the guesthouse, which was very convenient for my work. The facilities were well-maintained and the WiFi was reliable, allowing me to stay connected and productive during my stay.

The only service I missed for my work was the availability of a printer at the guesthouse. It would have been helpful to have a printer facility to easily print out important documents during my stay.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and pleasant; the location is great, near cafes, beautiful dunes, and the beach.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room at the Ark. It felt more like a mini apartment with a kitchen, large lounge, huge bedroom, and nice bathroom. the facilities exceeded our expectations and made our longer term business stay comfortable and enjoyable. the hostess, Roenell, was extremely accommodating and made us feel welcome, even though we arrived late due to a missed flight. the secure marina location provided a beautiful setting, and the amenities, including good WiFi and heating, made our stay convenient. We also appreciated Roenell's hospitality and the glass of Sherry after a long and exhausting day.
